Description
Step inside a real working manufactory and discover how chocolate is truly made. Learn about the full process: from raw cocoa beans, through selection and processing, all the way to the finished chocolate bar. See the machines used, learn about fermentation and life on cocoa plantations, and touch the ingredients where everything begins.
During the workshop, create your own chocolate bar and decorate it with selected toppings. Learn what makes Nacional Arriba cocoa so special and how it differs from the cocoa used in mass-produced supermarket chocolate.
This is an experience that offers not only pleasure, but also a deeper understanding of flavor, quality, and the origin of real chocolate. The workshop was created by Martha Coello Morales, co-owner of Sopocka Manufaktura, who comes from a family with generations of experience in cocoa farming in Ecuador.
Thanks to this, discover not only the chocolate-making process, but also the story, tradition, and source behind every chocolate bar. The experience also includes a tasting of Sopocka Manufaktura chocolates.
